Salt water:
To salt chicken breasts, fill a large bowl with 1 liter of warm water and 1/4 cup of salt. Then mix until the salt is dissolved. Then add the meat to the brine mixture and let it sit for 30 minutes.
You can also cover the bowl and refrigerate for up to 6 hours. When you are ready to cook, remove it from the brine and rinse with cold water. Finally, dry them with paper towels.

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil (or melted butter)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika (regular or smoked)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
